A music venue to check out is Decadence, one of the cities biggest bashes. Umphrey’s McGee will also be playing on New Year’s Eve at the Fillmore for a more casual event. Most importantly, do not miss the annual NYE Fireworks show: one is at 9pm at the 16th Street Mall and the fabulous fireworks show at midnight as well.

It is a evening filled with lots of fun, from a lantern-lit train ride to eating delicious food and drinking champagne at midnight. Other events going on are the winter solstice market, the torchlight parade and, of course, fireworks to celebrate the New Year.
Breckenridge is the mountain town that has it all.
