How do I make a reservation?

You can make a shuttle reservation through our online book platform. Booking online will also provide an additional discount automatically applied to your service. Before starting an airport shuttle service reservation, we recommend that you have the following information on hand: arrival and departure dates, party size, flight information (airline, flight times, flight number), the address/ hotel name where you will be lodging.

How do we determine your pickup time?

Our system initially creates a default pickup time for your shuttle. The night before, our dispatch team finalizes your pickup time based on the most efficient route for all of our guests. Our team considers your location, destination, and flight information, including arrival/departure time in order to book you on one of our shuttles. We carefully plan your recommended shuttle time, so you are easily able to make it from your flight onto one of our shuttles! Please note that the actual pickup time could fluctuate by 45 minutes from the original estimate based on the locations of our other guests. Additionally, if a guest chooses a pickup time that is not recommended by a Peak 1 Express transportation specialist, he/she increases the risk of missing flights or shuttle connections, and Peak 1 Express is not responsible.

When should I book?

To receive the best price possible, book your shuttle as soon as you know your flight and travel plans. Shuttle rates will likely increase closer to your date of travel, especially during the peak travel seasons of summer and winter.

Can you drive I-70 in Colorado's winters?

Accepted Answer

Colorado winters can make driving on I-70 difficult for those unfamiliar with mountain roads. Due to the stress of this drive and unsafe conditions, we don’t recommend driving yourself. Our drivers, however, are trained and practiced in driving this route to the mountains. Our drivers undergo specific winter training, and our vehicles are outfitted with all necessary traction to meet Colorado’s traction laws and stay safe through slippery conditions. Our shuttles additionally remain in contact with a team of dispatchers who monitor road conditions.
