Drop-Offs and Pick-Ups

Our Shared Shuttles will not stop before your final mountain destination; however, please be prepared to stop for other guests once in town. Whether your destination is your final ski resort lodging / other accommodations or one of our centralized discount locations, your vehicle may make multiple stops before your drop-off point for other guests. Please communicate with your driver if you have questions about your specific shuttle’s ETA.

If you are looking to avoid any extra stops, please consider our Private Charter Services. You will ride privately with just your party, saving time and adhering to your own travel itinerary.

Even though we may make other stops, our drivers will get you to your Summit County or Vail Valley ski resort or other destination as quickly and safely as possible! Your convenience and safety are our top priorities, and we take all steps to ensure your journey is seamless and stress-free.

Shuttle Transfers

To increase the efficiency of our services, your airport shuttle service may include a transfer. A transfer occurs to minimize delays and additional stops, and ultimately reduce your travel time. In this case, please be prepared to switch to a different vehicle. Your driver will always notify you if this is the case, but please stay in communication with your driver if you have any concerns regarding a transfer or your estimated arrival time.

Travel Time

Our drivers do their best to get you to your destination on time and as efficiently as possible! Despite our best efforts, we may encounter factors that could increase your travel time.

Please be aware that I-70 road conditions, traffic, winter weather, road work, rock scaling along the highway, or other unforeseeable occurrences could affect your shuttle transportation’s anticipated arrival time. Your driver will be in constant communication with our dispatch team to monitor your travel throughout your journey.

We advise using COtrip to stay updated on travel alerts, road conditions, and inclement weather on I-70 that could influence your trip’s duration. Below, we have listed the minimum amount of time it will take to reach your destination from Denver International Airport. Please be aware that these are estimates and do not take into account road conditions, unexpected weather, or stops within town to drop off other guests.
