You are limited to 3 bags per guest, including carry on and sports equipment. In order to accommodate additional or oversized luggage, Peak 1 Express must be contacted in advance and additional charges may apply. Guests are responsible for the management of their own luggage. Peak 1 Express is not responsible for bags or items in bags that are lost or damaged.

Peak 1 Express will not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic that is being metered by the Colorado Department of Transportation, or any other conditions. During holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in the mountains.  Availability may be limited for last minute changes.

Peak 1 Express waives any responsibility for missed flights, change fees, lodging costs, or any other additional costs incurred as a result of a missed flight or shuttle connection. Guests that choose pickup times that are not recommended by a Peak 1 Express transportation specialist realize that they are greatly increasing the risk of missing flights or shuttle connections and will not hold Peak 1 Express responsible.

Peak 1 Express would like to encourage all guests to plan accordingly for their travel. Guests should consider purchasing travel insurance to cover potential for missed flights and resulting expenses.

During holidays and other busy times, Peak 1 Express may operate vehicles other than the Mercedes Sprinters and SUVs.

Smoking and drinking on a shared shuttle is prohibited. You will be riding to or from the mountains with other passengers and will not be allowed to smoke or drink. Shared shuttles rarely stop for breaks between the airport and the mountains. If you are interested in a private shuttle for you and your group, learn more here.
