UPDATE: the company reached out several times and explained that they addressed this with the driver and are taking the incident very seriously, which I definitely appreciate. Their team has been responsive and kind, and I’m hopeful others will have a better, safer experience.

The most uncomfortable I’ve been since the pandemic started. Not only did the driver wear his mask on his chin the entire ride, he also didn’t enforce the mask mandate and this unmasked and clearly sick woman coughed all over the shuttle the entire ride. Would recommend pretty much any car service over this.
