In response to the coronavirus pandemic, we are taking extra precautions to do our part to prevent further spread of the virus and guarantee the health of our guests and staff. Here are a few of the changes we will be making to ensure the health of our guests and drivers:
Even with our added safety measures, we understand that some passengers may still have concerns about riding with other guests. If you wish to minimize your exposure, we continue to offer private charter services so you can still enjoy the comfort and convenience of our shuttles while riding with only your own party.
All vehicles will be cleaned before passengers are picked up and after passengers are dropped off. All surfaces in the vehicle will be cleaned with solutions containing more than 70% alcohol. Your driver will be screened prior to the trip to make sure they are not exhibiting any signs of COVID-19.
As an airport shuttle company, we expect all of our guests to comply with airline regulations for traveling during the pandemic.
Prior to travel, please check your temperature and confirm that you do not have a fever. Please stay at home and do not travel if you have recently been diagnosed with or are currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or been around someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
If you have questions, feel you cannot or should not travel, or need rebooking assistance, please give us a call for a full-refund or trip credit with us in the future.
Customers are required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth at all times during their trip with Peak 1 Express. It is encouraged to bring your own hand sanitizer and face covering, but we will provide them to those without. Please maintain distance between any other passengers and do not unnecessarily move around the vehicle.
We are still providing water during our trips.
Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time will be refunded in full. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of pick-up time are non-refundable, however, you will receive an open credit for a future trip in the amount purchased. If you feel it is unsafe for you to travel within our 24 hour window, please give us a call.
