As we prepare for fall in Summit County, get warmed up with a variety of chili recipes that contain the special Colorado grown ingredient the Chubby Chili Pepper. The Copper Mountain Chubby Chili Pepper and Whisky Fest takes place from Friday, September 16 – Sunday, September 18. Head over to this charming ski town for a weekend of warm chili, whisky, music and more!

Surrounded by beautiful mountains covered in Aspen trees at their peak foliage, Copper Mountain is the perfect place to enjoy a variety of chili concoctions with whiskey pairings that will get your taste buds fired up! Bring your crock-pot and participate in the Community Chili Cook–off. Take a scenic ride while the Aspens are aglow and finish your day at Copper Mountain with free live music.

For 21+ each chili sample will come with their paired Signature Whiskey Cocktail (other non-alcoholic drinks available at the event as well)
Tickets are $1.00 each – Restaurants set the price for samples usually priced between $3-$5. Cocktails will be available for $6.00 each at the centrally located bar.
