COOKIES: Everyday, snow or shine, when 3pm hits fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are served at the base of the mountain. You will know Cookie Hour is getting close, for the haunting aroma of fresh cookies being baked will start to fill the resort around 2pm. Reward yourself after a long day on the slopes with these award winning cookies!

11 High Speed Chair Lifts: With 11 high speed chair lifts, two gondolas, and a soon to be new “chondola,” the wait times for chair lifts are minimal. You will be sure to get in ample skiing time when you are getting back to the top of the mountain so quickly.

Skiing for All Ability: No matter the terrain, from the gentle groomed runs of Strawberry Park to the rugged glades and bump runs of Grouse Mountain, Beaver Creek is has it! Whether you are looking for some nice groomed runs with the family, or to tear it up in the aspens with your buddies, Beaver Creek has the perfect mix of beginner and advanced terrain for any skiier (much like our home mountain, Breckenridge).

downloadWorld Cup Ski Mountain Beaver Creek is home to the 2015 FIS Alpine World Ski Championship and the venerable Talons Challenge. See what the athletes will be racing down when you ski the Birds of Prey. The course features a vertical drop of 710 meters and contains an average gradient of 27 percent, increasing to 45 percent in the middle of the course and again in the final third of the course.

Skip the Crowds As the Vail resort located the furthest West it can be quite the hike to get all the way out there from Denver. As a result, there are normally less people at this mountain as compared to Breckenridge, or Keystone. If seeking solitude while on the slopes head West to Beaver Creek!
