Kickapoo Tavern: If you haven’t eaten for a week or just need a tasty happy hour cocktail to wind down your day, this is the place to do it. A short jaunt from the Keystone Gondola, Kickapoo Tavern serves up huge portions of nachos, Rocky Mountain mac & cheese, and juicy steaks among other menu items. The Tavern is located in a house-like building, with outdoor seating for those sunny bluebird spring days.
Luigi’s Pasta House: For those skiers and snowboarders apres-ing on a budget, Luigi’s offers $1 beers at 3 pm. Order some Italian Nachos or Sauteed Mussels with your drink and enjoy the homemade meal. Luigi’s is located in the Keystone River Run Village so leave the snowboard and ski boots on to grab a seat before everyone else decides it’s Apres-time!
Zuma Roadhouse: The summit skins, potato wedges with pulled pork, applewood bacon, chorizo and topped with queso sauce, BBQ sauce, sour cream and scallions, bring all the locals to this low-key Apres Ski spot. Also found at the base of the gondola, this Keystone favorite features creative happy hour apps that you can pair with beers as low as $2.
