Great service. Bus was clean and nice. They do stop for bathroom break if needed. Driver was friendly. If your flight is delayed, they will wait up to 20 minutes for you. If you are later than that (like I was) you can get put on the next shuttle (I assume subject to availability). They can sell out so book early. Stops east vail drop offs, then vail village/vail transportation center and then west vail, so may take longer depending on your location.
