- Flight Information
A key part of setting up your reservation has to do with your your flight information. Your flight information allows us to track your flight and adjust your scheduled pick-up to the next available shuttle if you were to miss your scheduled shuttle. Our shuttles operate on a set schedule, so once we have the time of your arrival or departure we will be able to get you booked. When arriving at DIA, we recommend 45 minute between your arrival time and shuttle pick-up, this allows enough time for you to make your way through the airport and collect your bags. When leaving your mountain destination, we recommend leaving at least 4 hours before your departure flight, so this allows for a 2 and a half hour window of drive time to the airport and an hour and a half at the airport leading up to your flight.
- Drop-off/Pick-up Location or Address
The most affordable ride that you will find between Summit County or the Vail Valley and Denver International Airport is to and from the Breckenridge Transfer Station, Frisco Transfer Station, or the Vail Transportation Center. - General Booking Information
In order to secure a spot on one of our shuttles we need basic information from you. The needed information is name, cell phone number, email address to send confirmation to, and your credit credit card info. In order to be locked into your reservation we have to have payment. We also have a 24-hour cancellation policy meaning if you cancel outside 24 hours of your trip we can fully refund you.
- Number of People In Your Party
We need to know the number of people in your party so we can know how much space to reserve in our shuttle. If there are 3 or more in your group then you will be eligible for our group discounts.
