“I was extremely pleased with the service that my family received from Peak 1 Express. The pickups were right on time both ways, the price was very competitive, and the service was extremely customer oriented. Both drivers were awesome — they were friendly, offered to make stops if we needed to en route, and were totally focused on assisting us. Jack, the driver on our trip to Keystone, made sure that we could access our rental condo before departing, which I appreciated. And on the return trip to the airport, my niece’s Kindle dropped on the floor of the van as she was exiting. When she discovered it was missing several minutes later, we called Peak 1 dispatch – they reached Larry, and he called me back to tell me that he found it, and actually drove back tot he airport to drop off the Kindle. “Peak 1’s drivers were very professional and courteous. On the trip from DIA to Breck, Les would give us insight to local facts and was very safety oriented on the roads. On our return trip, our pick-up time was delayed by 45 minutes due to road congestion from an accident. We were picked up by Duke and he explained the situation. Due to the delay, Duke dove us directly to DIA to make sure we made our flight. Both drivers were great and were very concerned about our comfort and well-being. I did not have the correct airline ticket when I got to DIA.
