How early in the morning will you pick me up for my flight?
Our first scheduled Colorado mountain shuttle departure from Summit County is at 5:00am. Depending on where you need to be picked up, your driver may arrive as early as 4:15am to accommodate all passengers. If you have an early-morning flight and need to depart before 5am, we recommend our charter shuttle services. During off-peak times, our first scheduled shuttle departure is 6:00am.
How late in the evening will you pick me up from the airport?
Our last scheduled mountain shuttle pick-up from Denver is 11:15pm. If you need a later option, check out our charter shuttle services, where you can set your own schedule. During off-peak dates, our last scheduled shuttle is 11pm.
How do I make a reservation?
You can make a shuttle reservation online or over the phone. Booking online will provide additional discounts that are not available over the phone. Before starting an airport shuttle service reservation, we recommend that you have the following information on hand: arrival and departure dates, party size, flight information (airline, flight times, flight number), the address/ hotel name where you will be lodging.
What if I need to cancel my trip?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Unlike many mountain shuttle companies, which charge $5 per person to cancel, we do not charge any cancellation fees. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle, we will refund you in full. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours are redeemable for credit for a future service. What if my flight is delayed/canceled?
If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to get you on the first shuttle after you land. If your flight arrives after our last mountain shuttle of the day, we will book you on the first shuttle the next morning. If your flight is canceled…oh no! Best to give us a call.
Can we make a stop on our way up to the mountains (eg. To pick up ski rentals)?
As a courtesy to the other guests on board, our regularly scheduled mountain shuttles will not stop en route. If you would like to stop, we recommend our private charter service, where your driver will be happy to accommodate your requests.
How many stops will my shuttle make before we get to Summit or Eagle County?
Your airport mountain shuttle will not stop until you reach Summit County. We are proud to offer direct service, and we will do our best to get you into town as efficiently as possible. We don’t shop you, shuffle you or transfer you between DEN and Summit County! Once your shuttle is in town, there may be stops to drop off other guests before you arrive at your specific destination.
What if I need to check in for my lodging property off-site?
We will be happy to accommodate you! This is a common request, and there is no additional charge.
Will you have room for my skis/ gear?
Our mountain shuttles have room for baggage and ski equipment. Guests are allowed up to three bags (including skis/ snowboards) and may incur additional charges if they wish to bring more. Over-sized items like bikes may also incur additional charges. Please communicate clearly with us if you will have any special luggage needs. This ensures that we can provide you the exceptional service we always strive for.
How many other guests will be on my shuttle?
Our standard shuttles hold up to 14 guests. Depending on the day of the week, the time of the season, and the time of day, the total number of people on board will vary. You may also choose our Charter Denver Airport Shuttles for private transportation.
What if I leave a belonging on the van?
Check out our Lost & Found page for information on how to recover your forgotten item. Our shuttles are cleaned every evening and all lost belongings are returned to our main office in Breckenridge. As soon as you notice that you have lost an item please contact our friendly call center staff to see if your belongings have been found. Peak 1 Express is not responsible for lost items.
Once I arrive in town, how will I get around town?
Summit County offers free bus transportation. To check out routes and pick-up times, visit our “Getting Around Town” link under Airport and Travel Help. You can also reserve our hourly Black Label service for longer outings.
Do you offer any group discounts?
We do! Group discounts for our Colorado mountain shuttles start at just 3 people. If you will be traveling with 8 or more people, we recommend our charter shuttle service for exclusive service and value.
What if I want to be picked up at a different time than the times that you offer?
If our scheduled pick-ups do not match your needs, we will be happy to offer you our Denver Airport charter services, which can be customized to your schedule.
What are your dates of operation?
We offer service year-round! We offer up to 14 schedules during our peak-season schedule throughout the winter and early spring. In the summer, we will continue to offer door-to door, discount shuttles, charter shuttles and Black Label hourly service.
Can I bring my pet?
Out of respect for the other guests, we do not allow pets on our regularly scheduled shuttles. If you plan on bringing a pet with you to the mountains, we recommend our charter shuttle services, where your pet will be welcome. If you have a service animal, please inform our reservations staff at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle.
Do you offer any services in the summer?
We now offer door-to-door and discount shuttles throughout the summer. We will begin in late May and provide service through the beginning of September. We are also happy to offer transportation services for weddings, family reunions, and other groups of 20+ during the summer.
