Breakfast Burger Biscuits
What you need:
- Eggs
- Jim Deans Sausage
- Salt+Pepper
- Cheese of your choice
- Biscuit mix
- Aluminum
- Frying pan
- Muffin tin
Cooking instruction: Have your campfire ready. With a frying pan fry up your jimmy dean sausage. Once done make enough sunny side up eggs for each sandwich and in muffin tin, pour mix into tins and cook over fire until golden brown. Once you have all your pieces form into a breakfast sammy and heat up over fire in aluminum.
Campfire Nachos
What you need:
- Cast iron pan
- Tortilla trips
- CHEESE (shredded)
- Black olives
- Jalapeños
- Green chillies and tomatoes
- Onion
Cooking Instructions: In cast iron pan, layer tortilla chips on bottom creating layers with all your ingredients, do not forget your cheese! Cook over fire till all contents are hot and cheese is gooey and melted over all of the chips!
Pizza Campfire Log
What you need:
- Canned pizza Crust
- Mozzarella
- Pizza Sauce
- Pepperoni
- Butter (optional)
Cooking Instructions: Roll out crust. Slather pizza sauce then add ingredients and tightly roll up all ingredients making a log. Cook about 15 minutes until golden brown.
